1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Carrying out recruitment work: new recruitment, replacement recruitment (trading department and factory)

• Update information on the labor market in related industries, competitors and report to manager levels

• Report on work related to recruitment

2. QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment or related position (experience in recruiting factory positions are an advantage)

• Have good English communication skills

• Have a good business mindset

• Able to work well independently

• Able to interact and work well with department heads

• Able to handle problems well

• Agile, dynamic, responsive

• Deep knowledge related to labor law

• Able to analyze data

3. SALARY AND BENEFITS:

• Attractive salary: up to 22 mil VND (Gross)
