Job Overview:
Our client, a global Manufacturer in Handbag & Accessories, is looking for a Compliance Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring a company is conducting business in full compliance with said laws, regulations, practices, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning, coordinating and implementing effective CSR policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
Ensure all worksites are CSR compliant with Company policies and safety standards, regular CSR audits in business operations.
Responsible for the safety and security of the employees and property on the organization's premises.
Provide supports to the department on the implementation of Company-wide CSR initiatives such as 5/7S, ISO, C-TPAT, ….
Conduct CSR training and orientation for all new employees.
Prepare documents, take charge of receiving customers and state agencies to audit the compliance
Set up annual plan of compliance team based on Law, Group’s standard and Customer’s standard, conduct working periodically, track and improve.
Building, updating, tracking processes and policies for the company
Report to Customers and state agencies: working hours, status of Labor Law application at factory or Corrective action plan report, periodic reports
Implement tasks and control team’s activities related to safety, health and environment (chemical safety, fire safety, workshop safety, strict equipment, …)
Perform other tasks under the Board of Director.

Job Requirements:
University/ Engineering Degree in related field preferred
Having at least 05 years experienced in HSE, social compliance
Good English listening, speaking, writing skill
Strong communication skill and management skill
