- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship.
- Negotiate contract and close sales to maximize return to business.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our client market solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal department from HR cum Admin, Accountant and co-workers in ensuring win-win success with strategic customers.
- Work closely and weekly/monthly/quarterly report to Japanese Manager
- Proven 3 years’ experience as project Sale Engineer either in trading or manufacturing companies.
- Have basic knowledge of Import-Export process.
- Japanese language JLPT N2 or equivalent level.
- Ability to communicate well, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of influence within customer organization.
- Experience in related fields – Electronics and Communication or Medical will be added advantage.
- Bachelor degree of Engineering is a plus.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English communication both in written and oral is an added advantage.
- Ability to travel to meet business objectives.
