Job Title: Sale Manager/ Assistant manager

Reports to: CEO and Sales Manager/ Unit Leader

I. SUMMARY JOBS & REPONSIBILITY

1. Fulfill monthly, yearly target given by company and make strategic plan to achieve target.

2. Establish the management system (sales data, sales methods…)

3. Finding, maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and new customers.

4. Negotiating terms of agreement and closing sales; checking contract (profit, production plan…) before getting CEO’s signature.

5. Work with all related departments concering about sales contract.

6. Keep in touch with customer directly via phone, email etc.

7. Informing customer’s requirement to production department on time

8. Receiving complaint from customer and inform to all related departments

9. Review the processing of transport from our factory to customer and update to customer on time.

10. Review Import - Export Plan.

11. Report base on requirements from superior.

12. Cooperate & fulfill with any related company activities like committees, projects, audits and training.

II. AUTHORITY

1. Make decision on all jobs & resources upon getting approval from superior or making report to superior involveing work.

2. Request other departments supply all information/report/explaination.. related to Sales.

1. Certificate showing graduation from college/ university.

1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
