Sales Account Manager - Korean Speaking

Responsibilities:

  • Key account management by creating a successful partnership engagement with customers (esp. Korean & Japanese customers)
  • Maintain IC Substrate market & monitor Vietnam market growth to generate new sales
  • Continuous promoting new products that benefit overall productivity & efficiency to new & existing customers
  • Responsible to close multi-years service contracts in Vietnam by demonstrating values of our qualified dedicated service team
  • Strengthen cooperation & collaboration with cross regional territories to generate new business
  • Fully responsible for the selling cycle from sales forecast planning and analysis, customer presentation, preparing configuration charts, quotations and proposals, to closing deals and following up with P.O./L.C.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining excellent customer relationship at all levels as well as improving customer satisfaction through understanding and supporting customers’ needs and requirements together with customer support team.
  • Focus & strengthen Pre-Sales team & engage NPI to support BMT/onsite evaluation
  • Prioritize customers retention through partnership

Requirements:

  • University graduate on Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in capital equipment industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record of sales experience in supported country
  • Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales targets
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills in Korean (Korean candidates or Vietnamese who can speak Korean). Consider also Vietnamese candidates with only English speaking skill, but have strong working relationship with Korean & Japanese customers
  • Self-motivated, analytical, tactful with excellent interpersonal skills.
