Sales Manager
Location: Ha Noi
*Responsibilities:
- Responsible and accountable to drive and deliver Department's Annual Operation Plan commitments which is the Annual Sales Budget in terms of Revenues, profit, working capital and operational performance.
- Managing the performance of each employee (according to Sales Budget and KRA)
- Sustaining current market position and growing market share
- Creating Business Plans to support the company's financial objectives
- Maintain high standard of communication with our Principals for our product lines by providing proper market report and achieving the annual target set. Also continue to look for new Product's principal to ensure business growth
- Supporting sales teams in retention of existing clients
- Provide Guidance, Direction and Development Opportunities that allow staff talents to be identified and groomed
- Defining long-term strategic goals and developing clear plans to implement them
- Anticipate client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Cooperate with Admin team in the operation of Warehouse and Logistic in order to support to the sales team
- Responsible to submit Monthly or Annual Sales Report as per company's request.
*Requirements: .
- A Degree or Diploma in Chemistry or technical-related discipline
- A minimum of 5-10 years related experience managing a Sales Department with at least 3 - 5 person
- Experience in sales of Industrial Chemical or Plastic Resin/Polymer an asset
- Must possess a strong ability to communicate (written and oral) effectively with Clients, Principals and Colleagues with great attention to detail and timing of results.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to effectively establish and maintain two-way communications to understand the needs and concerns of all departments
- Ability to effectively provide managerial guidance to all sales staff on all functions within the office
- Ability to deeply analyse and resolve operational and other significant business issues on a daily basis
- Proven track record of success with regard to managerial competency in a Plastic OR Chemical Sales & Trading environment
