Job Scopes:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance.
  3. Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
  4. Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  5. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
  6. Collaborate with functional HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices.
  7. Manage complex HR projects and change initiatives effectively.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Minimum 10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  3. Strong understanding of Vietnam labor laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven track record in driving HR initiatives that support business growth.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Fluency in English and Vietnamese languages required.
