​Our client, a semiconductor solutions company, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Vietnam. This role involves crafting tailored recruitment strategies for Vietnam and Singapore, collaborating with department leaders, and securing talent aligned with the company's goals and values.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide full-cycle recruiting support for open positions in Vietnam and Singapore.

  • Access advanced talent acquisition solutions, including industry-best practices and AI tools.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to Vietnam and Singapore's talent landscapes.

  • Build candidate pipelines through diverse channels, online and offline, fostering long-term relationships.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders for efficient hiring processes.

  • Lead offer negotiations and generate offer letters.

  • Organize on-campus events for employer branding.

  • Analyze hiring metrics and monitor competitor activity for strategic insights.

  • Engage in regional recruitment programs and internal team activities in Vietnam.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Minimum 5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or related high-tech field.

  • Demonstrated success in international and university recruiting, including managing campus events.

  • Strong sourcing abilities, particularly in engaging passive candidates.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
