JOB DESCRIPTION:
Bixby provides a natural language user interface to perform tasks on devices using voices, which includes making phone calls, sending text messages, setting up meetings, opening apps, setting alarms and timers, getting directions, answering general questions, providing information about restaurants and other businesses, etc. These functions also vary depending on the various types of device such as mobile phone, wearable devices, tablet, home appliances, TV, etc. As an experienced engineer working on speech recognition, your primary responsibilities will involve :
- Developing and managing all the ASR-related modules (either on-device or cloud) to improve ASR quality in the market (includes bixby localization)
- Review on ASR errors in usage data and derive advanced solutions to overcome the issues
- Communicating with HQ, other Posts and SQE to come up with better Bixby service (including new features)
· Having at least 4-5 years working experience in the field (ASR or ML) · Understanding of Automatic Speech Recognition (Preferring to have a Master or PhD. Degree)
· Development skills for object oriented design, Java, Python, ML programming
· Excellent in verbal and written communication skill
