Skills & Responsibilities:
- Work together with Program Lead and Researcher to define the approach and framework for each project and client:
- Requirement gathering
- Research approach (qualitative/quantitative)
- Solutioning engagement (agile/waterfall)
- Measurement plan for iteration to close the loop (analytics/usability tests)
- Define and form the best team to deliver the best product, while providing guidance and mentorship
- Enjoy engaging with clients directly, building strong relationships and be seens as the go-to for problem solving conversations.
- Manage and improve the Experience Team process. See opportunities to try out new and better ways of working.
- Lead design reviews and check-ins, and help designers and researchers improve on their work.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in a professional UX design role
- Combining thought leadership and strategic thinking to offer a strong point of view
- A strong portfolio which showcases your ability and technical knowledge with a range of clients
- A passion for people and desire to establish highly successful client relationships
- Passion for continual practice and process improvement
Good to have:
- Experience co-design workshop with stakeholders and product owners
- Experience conducting research with end-user (discovery / usability testing)
