Responsibilities:
- Set the strategic direction for the global digital media and technology business
- Manage and grow the agency's client portfolio
- Oversee the development and launch of new digital products and services
- Identify potential business opportunities to grow and directly participate in pitching processes to attract high-valued clients and projects
- Develop and implement financial projections for business growth
- Provide professional team and people management capability
- Work closely with Founder to develop and implement the agency's overall strategies.
- Represent the agency at industry events and conferences.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years working experience as visionary & commercially-driven General Manager with a track record of success in managing profitable digital media & advertising-based agencies.
- Strong understanding of the global digital media and technology landscape.
- Have a strong network of relationships with big local & global brands.
- Proven sales & marketing strategic leader with a 'hands-on' approach, and have the ability to demonstrate tenacity and resourcefulness.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to senior executives.
- Strong financial acumen and business sense. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop and implement innovative solutions.
- MBA/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
