Job Description:

• Lead the merchandise strategy of Fresh Food categories for a leading Retail MNC 
• Lead & develop a professional team of managers & specialists
• Overseeing product selection, pricing, and inventory management to drive sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute seasonal plans, optimize assortments, and identify market trends.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Analyze sales data and consumer insights to make informed decisions. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in merchandising processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven 7+ years of experience in merchandise management within the retail industry
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
