JOB PURPOSE
  • This position are responsible for selling a company's products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support. Logistics Sales Sup are either inside or outside sales reps via phone, online, face-to-face meetings.
  • This position will manage and coordinate all activities of team under guidance of Country Commercial Head such as promote products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.
  • Ancillary work scope includes to assist Commercial Head to roll-out Commercial programs & vendors engagement program in Southern market and manage sales discipline in Ho Chi Minh office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
1. Sales activity (90%)
  • Responsible generating new vendor logistics business.
  • Manage and develop the relationship with the local factories
  • Monitor pipeline opportunities; support ad-hoc pricing; offer suitable local product bundles to factories/customer.
  • Support the overall customer experience and support Commercial/KAM value proposition.
  • Position for access to the right stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers throughout the customer organisation (where relevant).
  • Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team target, contribute the team performance in term of gross profit and revenue.
  • Expanding VN market share by winning new customers, remain key customers to achieve Sales target
  • Keep good image of Company in the market by professional style of working
  • Not abetting the negative behaviours that adversely affect the reputation and finance of the company. Legal aspect as compliance.
  • Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and compliance.
  • Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time.

2. Commercial program (10%)
  • Support Commercial Head to roll-out Commercial programs: Vendor logistics, Vendor engagement programs in Southern market Construction communicates with colleague and products team to get smartest and most effective commercial target
  • Following up - monitoring customers’ activities and alert the sales responsible if there are any irregularities.
  • Manage service contracts clients, and manage client data, PnL
 
QUALIFICATION
  • Holder of University/ College Degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, Transportation, Logistics, or equivalent qualification.
  • Having at least 5 years working experience as Sales position in International freight forwarding/ International logistics operations / Supply chain solutions

REQUIREMENTS
  • Good knowledge of logistics industry in Viet Nam.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • High level of sales (process) discipline
  • Good with figures, ability to analyse and synthesize information, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working, having high sensitive to the trend of the market.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Communicate well in Vietnamese and English
  • Good at MS Office
