JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform import sourcing / order taking process (sales to cash process) and able to deliver products to customers effectively.
Follow up payment, arrange shipment and well coordinate with related cross functional team.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support by handle day to day operations efficiently.
Provide immediate response to customers’ problems, and able to take action or follow up with appropriate solutions.
Be a front line or contact person with customers and coordinate with cross functional team (in VN or TH) to arrange shipment and deliver cargo as customer requested and build customer relationships.
Performs related work as per assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor/ College of Business Administration or related field.
1 – 3 years of relevant experience in Customer service or related field.
Experience with ERP, SAP experience. (Preferable)
COMPETENCY:
Good coordination skill and good communication.
Good command in English (Speaking & Writing) (TOEIC 600).
Open minded, positive thinking and ability to work under pressure.
Self- motivated, Eager to learn, and willing to learn and use technology.
Has a Teamwork and can do attitude and have a strong work ethic.
Service minded, logical Thinking and good in problem solving skills.
