JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Purchase, import feedstocks and order taking process of export Olefins products and by-products
2. Work on order fulfillment process both "Purchase to pay" and "Sale to cash" consists of processing orders, instruct vendor to proceed
import, export, customs clearance, receiving and processing feedstocks and olefins products for delivery to Plants and distribution to customers.
3. Perform safety, environmental, and energy work according to the company’s policies, rules and regulations, and legal requirements. 4. Participate in productivity improvement activities according to the company's policies.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor/ College of Business Administration or related field.
2 – 5 years of relevant experience in Customer service, sales admin, order processing, purchasing or related field.
Experience with ERP, SAP experience. (Preferable)
