Leasing Management:
- Efficiently execute the leasing process in alignment with the director's directives.
- Stay informed about retail market trends through surveys and analysis.
- Ensure the team achieves leasing targets effectively.
- Guide staff in successful lease negotiations to optimize company profit and tenant relationships.
- Create and present professional leasing documents, procedures, and reports.
Operations Management:
- Provide thorough training and closely supervise work for seamless operations.
- Analyze current mall performance, survey competitors, and monitor retail trends.
- Propose improvement plans for existing malls and suggest new development ideas.
- Manage overall operations and facilities, ensuring well-maintained properties.
- Oversee the quality of outsourced services (cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control, etc.).
- Balance revenue and costs to achieve profitability.
- Coordinate tenant fit-outs and collaborate with suppliers and service providers.
Tenant Relations:
- Effectively communicate, support, and oversee tenants' daily operations.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants.
- Improve operational efficiency for optimal management.
- Evaluate current tenant performance and recommend enhancements.
- Address tenant complaints and requests, collaborating with other teams for issue resolution and performance improvement.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in implementing marketing and promotional strategies.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in English
- Office Informatics: Good
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Operation and Leasing Managing roles.
