Job Brief:

We're in search of a PR & Communication manager to foster a robust professional network, enhance visibility, and shape corporate identity through the implementation of impactful communication and media relations initiatives.

Job Description:

  • Craft a comprehensive corporate communication strategy encompassing objectives, financial allocation, and operational approaches;
  • Enhance and optimize the performance of digital platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, and Vimeo) by curating and refining content;
  • Coordinate with Sales teams to execute marketing initiatives for promotional campaigns;
  • Supervise and manage the corporate communication budget effectively;
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to stay updated on product trends and customer preferences;
  • Coordinate monthly seminars and engage in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives;
  • Devise and execute outreach campaigns aligned with the overarching marketing strategy;
  • Present business performance, novel ventures, and other relevant matters to the brand;
  • Explore possibilities for collaborations, sponsorships, and ongoing advertising ventures;
  • Maintain a profound awareness of industry shifts impacting clients and provide suitable recommendations for communication strategies;
  • Undertake additional responsibilities related to sales and marketing as needed.

Requirements:

  • BA/MA degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Corporate Communication/Brand Strategy role;
  • In-depth understanding of the Vietnamese market, distribution channels, and emerging trends;
  • Preference will be given to candidates with analogous roles at multinational corporations operating in the household appliances and kitchen equipment sector;
  • Proficiency in event planning;
  • Established connections with local and national business and industry media entities;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation proficiency in English and Vietnamese;
  • Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions, exhibit leadership qualities, and adapt swiftly to new environments.
