MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, refine, and optimize the organization's Supply Chain Planning dashboards and analytical tools.
• Monitor and report on supply chain performance indicators, disseminating reports as necessary.
• Customize dashboards and conduct analyses to evaluate business performance.
• Translate client metric and KPI specifications into comprehensive reports and dashboards using a mix of standard reporting and Performance Analytics tools.
• Maintain planning data parameters, ensuring data accuracy and quality, and address data-related challenges.
• Create dashboards and reports utilizing tools such as Power BI, offering data analysis to key supply chain stakeholders to enhance service and inventory efficacy.
• Oversee and improve existing dashboard supply chain KPIs, such as forecast accuracy, bias, forecast value add, OTIF, and inventory levels.
• Develop training resources and lead user training sessions for all supply chain planning dashboards and analytical tools.
• Review and manage requisitions from various departments within the organization for direct procurements.
• Assess supplier performance and collaborate with suppliers to enhance service standards and delivery efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Requirements:
• Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools and dashboards for supply chain planning. • Competence in procurement software and platforms such as SAP and Ariba.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective supplier relations and internal cooperation.
• Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software applications.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while efficiently managing multiple tasks.
• Experience in monitoring supply chain performance metrics and generating reports.
• Familiarity with supply chain planning principles and industry best practices.
• Diligence in identifying and resolving data issues.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
• Comfort working in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
• 6-8+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the CPG food industry.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.
• APICS certification or progress toward certification.
• Understanding of purchase order processing within SAP.
• Knowledge of supplier management and performance assessment.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Capability to develop and deliver training materials.
