- Our client is a leading transport logistic service provider in various field, providing freight forwarding, customs brokerage services, warehousing storage, local distribution services and others customized logistics services. They are looking for a Sale Manager to be located in HCMC Vietnam, who will partner with our strategic customers and ensure short term and long term business success.
- Conducting market analyst and proposing business plans by month, quarter, year and related internal policies.
- Developing transport, customs brokerage sectors, building potential customers, taking care of existing clients; building and developing relationships with external partners;
- Monitoring and supporting sales team in sales activity to achieve the highest target set by the company.
- Hiring and training team members, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
- Building up sales budget, sales direction and strategy to sales team
- Analyzing internal situation and propose new structure or improvement of standard processes and regulations to improve service quality.
- Building company culture.
- Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Successful previous experience as sales leader/manager in logistic industry.
- Be able to communicate in English or Korean or Chinese, verbally and written.
- Enthusiastic, aggressive in pursuing target and outgoing personality.
- Highly data-driven and process-minded leader.
