JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop, lead and oversee all sales and marketing strategy, plan, activities and initiatives to achieve business objectives as agreed by BOM
- Identify and understand client’s business needs and objectives to develop marketing and sales campaigns & plans
- Develop, implement and manage the overall brand, marketing, PR and overall sales strategy
- Manage and give direction to the marketing and sales departments/teams: direct staff, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programmes effectiveness
- Develop and manage marketing/sales budgets, targets and KPI’s
- Monitor, review and report on all Marketing & Sales activities, including review and analyse performance against plans to determine and improve effectiveness
- As head of Department, report to the Board of Management via the CEO & General Director on strategy, progress, budget and any business critical topic
- Coordinate liaison with other departments, like Medical, Customer Care and Finance
Lead, develop, direct and oversee all marketing activities, with the marketing manager and team including:
- Develop and maintain a consistent corporate & brand image and ensure that the brand is consistently communicated across all channels
- Create, implement and manage a full marketing plan and activity calendar
- Manage all social media channels, strategy and activity
- Lead and oversee (new) product, offerings, packages & promotion strategy, plans, development and initiatives
- Plan, implement and manage marketing and lead generation campaigns and measure results
- Liaise and work closely with digital marketing and PR agencies
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials
- Ensure company websites and blog are kept up to date
- Lead, direct and oversee all PR and press relations, including crisis management response
- Develop and maintain effective internal marketing communications
Lead, develop, direct and oversee all sales activities, with the sales manager, teams and partner, including:
- Develop, implement and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, sectors, markets, territories and set performance goals to achieve company objectives
- Develop, lead and direct both institutional/ corporate, B-to-C and indirect sales, both for new business development as maintain and up-sell exiting clients, services after Sales
- Develop, lead and manage sales team: telesales, direct sales and indirect/ partner sales
- Lead, develop and direct use of CRM application for effectiveness and efficiency
- Meet with partners and key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and developed
- Lead and oversee contract negotiations with customers and partners and liaise with BOM and relevant departments for contract closures
- Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion
- Training for Sales staff on Sales Skills and other relevant skills
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- A degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- A proven track record in marketing and sales leadership
- Knowledge and experience of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts, including on-line/ digital marketing across channels
- Knowledge and experience in managing diverse sales models and teams (also indirect)
- Strategic planning skills; ability to develop, manage and implement strategy and plans
- Strong organisational, leadership and team management skills (having led diverse team)
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Enthusiastic and creative
- Analytic ability, good quantitative/ financial skills both for analyses and budget management
- Experience within healthcare or the hospitality services industry
- Motivated to be evaluated and rewarded for results (KPI based)
- Vietnamese national with international outlook, excellent English
