JOB DESCRIPTION
- Cultivate relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
- Identify and pursue sales leads by contacting prospective clients.
- Collaborate with our in-house applications team to devise tailored engineering solutions for clients.
- Proactively follow up on ongoing sales activities to ensure order fulfillment and uphold service excellence.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients as required, working closely with our technical support engineer.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager in Vietnam.
- Assist with any other related matters as assigned by Sales Management.
- Background: Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, etc.) or Material Sciences.
- Preferred Language: Proficient in English, Vietnamese, additional languages (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) being a big plus.
- Demonstrate high levels of self-confidence, maturity, and resourcefulness.
- Ability to effectively manage tasks and prioritize workload.
- Willingness to travel to customers across Vietnam as needed to provide on-site support and foster strong client relationships.
