Job Purpose:

To implement the sales activities of tourist apartments according to the plan and achieve assigned objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and supervise agents, sales channels, ensuring sales targets are met. Recruit and manage specialized personnel according to the guidance of the Deputy Director of Business.
  • Establish goals, implement sales strategies, and plans.
  • Propose and participate in developing policies for agents, customers, and sales staff. Coordinate events to train agents on product knowledge.
  • Propose and participate in developing sales policies, plans for agents – directly manage, operate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
  • Participate in the company's specialized committees.
  • Reporting and Evaluating Sales Activities, Agent Performance, Sales Channels, Sales Targets, and Payment Progress (40%): Prepare reports, evaluate the performance of Sales and Distribution Department, agents, sales channels, sales targets, and payment progress.
  • Approved Sales Plans (20%): Ensure approved sales plans are executed effectively.
  • Report and Evaluate the Effectiveness of Training Sessions and Company Product Communication (10%): Prepare reports, evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, and product communication of the company.
  • Report the Results of Departmental Activities, Implementation Status of Assigned Plans (20%): Report the results of departmental activities, including the implementation status of assigned plans.
  • Report Job Performance Results in Specialized Committees (10%): Report job performance results in specialized committees participated.
 

Recruitment Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management/Tourism Management. Minimum of 2 degrees, both at the university level, with at least one in the fields of Business Management or Tourism Management.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in equivalent positions within businesses of similar scale and industry.
