JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sales promotion strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop Sales Promotion Strategies: Create and implement innovative sales promotion strategies to increase brand visibility and market share in the relevant sector.

Coordinate Promotional Campaigns: Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, including product demonstrations, sampling events, in-store promotions, and retail activations.

Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales promotion activities with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.

Train and Supervise Promotional Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise promotional staff such as brand ambassadors and sales promoters to ensure effective execution of sales promotion activities.

Monitor Campaign Performance: Monitor the performance of sales promotion campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze demographics and ROI of promotional activities.

Manage Budget and Resources: Manage the sales promotion budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure all POS and cash reporting are correct before, during, and after store hours of operation.

Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors to secure prime placement of products and maximize visibility in stores.

Gather Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, consumer trends, and market insights, to inform sales promotion strategies and tactics.

Provide Regular Reports: Prepare and provide regular reports on sales promotion activities, campaign performance, and market feedback to the management team.

Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, brand guidelines, and ethical standards in all sales promotion activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

Proficiency in Chinese

Proven experience in Sales Promotion, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Strong understanding of sales promotion techniques, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, analyzing, and leadership skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software/tools.

Ability to work independently and under high pressure to provide quality results

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
