Sales Senior

 Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate Moen VN team and Moen’s local distributors in executing company’s policies and achieving business objective / sales target in North/Central Vietnam
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
developers, architects, and industry associations.
• Develop new project sales opportunities in North/Central Vietnam and keep track of project pipeline
• Lead, manage and support new/existing distributor channel, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure the achievement of company objectives
• Supervise the operation of local distributors and work closely with them for
continuous improvement
• Identify and raise product adaptation/new product opportunities in order to meet local market requirements and increase sales potential
• Constantly monitor market dynamics and report the latest movements of key
competitors in the market
• Support brand building / marketing activities in local market
• Other adhoc work/assignment requested by the manager

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree a must, business/commercial background;
• Fluent English in written and oral communication is a must;
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc
