I. Clinical Services: 50%

1.    Provide education to the clinician partners on the clinical application and utility of the Critical Care technologies along with technical education on all aspects of the device with a deep focus on key accounts in discussion with the territory sales reps and respective manager. Create champions within each key account on the Client Critical Care technologies.

2.    Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technology benefits related to current BU focus and new procedures through conducting and/or coordinating training sessions and in-service structured education programs in the ICU, OR, and other acute care areas (e.g. emergency department):

a.    Share/presentation key findings of recent publications

b.    One on one training sessions

c.    In-servicing programs

d.    Seminars and/or symposiums

e.    Train the trainer sessions

3.    Collaborate with sales specialists and managers to implement a strategic plan of action in their respective sales territory

4.    Validate software and hardware updates in the field, as applicable


II. Key ESR Account Development: 30%

1.    Develop Product Champions and Centers of Excellence to promote Client’ leading position in the market and expand and develop the current list clinicians within the assigned sales territory. One of the key responsibilities will be to develop KOL’swithin the territory

a.    Develop the key accounts to make them function independently

b.    Engage with the key champions by means of various educational activities

c.    Identify and take action on capital equipment with no or low utilization to increase ratios

d.    Create and coordinate presentation/publication of key findings at hospital

e.    Appropriately select and use clinical data and literature to assist with selling solution/s to customer/s in their respective territory


III. Reporting: 15%

f.     Prepare and maintain regular reports on all education activities conducted, key account progress, KOL development

g.    Prepare regular sales territory reports and analyses of new business achievements, opportunities and targets (potential Product Champion, Super User’s)

h.    Utilize SFDC to enter and record information into the system regularly

i.     Prepares own functional expense reports in a timely manner


IV. Other incidental duties: 5%



·         High - level Clinical knowledge in Advanced Hemodynamic Monitoring

·         Clinical package and program development

·         Immediate to highly developed analytical skills

·         Excellent communication skills & educational delivery skills (verbal and written)

·         Project management and deadline management

·         Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders

·         Bachelor’s Degree in medical or health science related preferred

·         Diploma and/or Degree in Anesthetic and/or ICU Technology

·         5+ years of relevant work experience with proven track record in clinical practice within the OR and/or ICU setting, consumables clinical nurse role.

·         High level Teaching & Educational skills within the OR and/or ICU environment.
