Title： Planning Manager
Report to: Sr. Operation Manager
Responsible Country: Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand of Southeast Asia (SEA)
Work Location: Vietnam Hanoi and Hai Duong
Job Responsibility：
1. Support to establish and achieve strategic objective of a collaborative and efficient supply chain platform system in Southeast Asia area, and accelerate its development so as to enhance the overseas service delivery capability.2. Effectively integrate internal and external resources, improve planning team organization and the competitive advantage in Southeast Asia area.
3. Ensure 100% business continuity and supply risks well-managed throughout the whole supplier lifecycle.
4. Strengthen strategic partnership in all of functions and countries.
5. Lead and actively participate in the creation of innovative operational solutions to support SEA supply chain initiatives.
6. Improve standards, processes, procedures, work instructions, documentation and systems responsibilities.
7. Continually search for market insight and best practice, ring it back to the group and drive for better performance/result upon that.
8. Continually work to provide process expertise and internal consulting to cross countries for continual improvement.

So we need the candidate:
1. Bachelor's Degree above.
2. Good ability in oral and written Chinese and Vietnamese, good ability in written English.
3. Must have 5+ years of working experience in planning including 3 years in a leadership capacity
4. Must has the printing and packaging supply resources and be familiar with printing and packaging materials and products.
