1.    OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION:
•    Hanoi Operation Manager is responsible to coordinate the operation in Hanoi warehouse.
•    Working with SAVINA and LSP for Sales Logistics Operation.
•    Managing inventory, operation directly, control LSP, solve issue, Key Account management.
•    Co-operate with all department to monitoring Sales Operation & Issues.

2.    BROAD SCOPE:
•    Hanoi warehouse Sales Operation manager.

3.    ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Operation Manager is responsible to coordinate the operation in Hanoi warehouse.
Daily: 
•    Control Warehouse Operation status to ensure KPI.
•    Arrange Operation Plan with WH manager / vendor and Clients request (if any).
•    Checking Operation Status, ensure all information.
•    Solve issues related Operation.
Weekly:
•    Hanoi Warehouse Status by weekly, Manpower status.
Monthly: 
•    Warehouse Profit, Operation Status.
•    Control end of month Operation.
Other Job:
•    Other work assigned by Site manager /group leader.
•    Contract renewal.

4.    REQUIREMENTS:
a.    Education / Qualification:
•    Prefer University graduated, 

b.    Experience:
•    Prefer 10 years of experience relevant.

c.    Skills:
•    Able to work independently and able to multi-task.
•    Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills. 
•    Able to work under pressure & able to work over time (if any).
•    Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, etc.).
•    English skill need (Speaking / Talking / Listening / Writing).
