BIM Developer

RESPONSIBILITY
- Creates and maintains automated BIM solutions and digital tools for 3D models & 2D drawings;
- Create complex 2D and 3D Revit families for structural detailing;
- Manage BIM model parameters and data;
- Create new workflows to link structural analysis and BIM models;
- Create, innovate and maintain Revit add-in, utilize BIM/Revit to create enhanced processes;
- Participate in designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting new software
utilizing technologies for the project assigned;
- Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent; 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience working with BIM software and supporting tools; experience in Revit API and/or
Dynamo script development.
- Solid knowledge of Revit families and data management in Revit.
- Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environments, eg. Autodesk
construction cloud.
- Experience with structural detailing drawings.
- Good knowledge of English. Additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian…) are welcome.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
