•University graduate – preferably chemical function
•Two year experience in manufacturing environment at management role.
•Ability to build one team and deliver results
•Ability to manage and prioritize own workload.
•Ability to demand quality every time
•Enable to communicate and share policies to their subordinators
•Basic facilitating skill (upward and downward & with other departments)
•Conduct meeting with supervisors and others

•Good understanding of dyehouse systems: ColourStitch; Sedomaster and Lawer
•Good technical knowledge of dyeing methods, dyestuffs, auxiliary chemicals and dyeing machine
•Ability to use Pivot table, fishbone diagram, FMEA...for data analysis
•Ability to communicate in English.
•Writing skill
