Job Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal counsel to the Company for projects which completed the construction phase and come into operation phase.
Conduct legal analyses and risk assessments related to construction activities.
Advise on regulatory frameworks and legal requirements in the Oil & Gas industry.
Collaborate with project teams to implement and monitor compliance measures.
Develop and maintain a robust compliance program for LSP projects.
Plan & execute the review on the compliance of all departments with company regulations and reinforce the compliance accordingly.
Stay abreast of industry regulations and proactively address legal challenges.
Execute other activities assigned by Department Manager and Division Manager.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years' experience in legal compliance within the Oil & Gas sector.
Bachelor's Degree Holder in Laws or related majors.
Knowledge and experience in Vietnamese laws and operation
Strong analytical, logical, problem solving skills, and service oriented mindset
Good communication skills
