- Responsible for driving the entire sales and marketing team to meet the company sales plan year to year
- Accountable for identifying new business opportunities for getting into new products categories as well as existing products through a solution driven approach
- Focused on ensuring key KPI such as OTD/EPM and CM / Sales and PCD to facilitate the overall business.
- Responsible for the price negotiations / getting the best cost from the suppliers and in return offering the best competitive prices the customers to meet their internal price challenges.
- Identify the critical talent gaps and mentor existing team members towards them.
- Implement and improve processes to ensure effective running of Merchandising department
- Identify and develop new strategic customer relationships
- University degree/ MBA preferable
- 10 years+ working experience with a foreign owned apparel product company at the same position.
- Excellent negotiation skills
