- Location: Block N1, 1B Street, KIZUNA 3 Expansion Factory Area, K1 Area, Tan Kim Expansion IP, Can Giuoc Town, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province, Vietnam (Having shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh city)

- Working time: 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday and 1 Saturday per month

SCOPE OF WORK

​• Create production schedules. Ensure goods are delivered to the warehouse on time as planned.

​

• Implement the planning change in case the initial planning has any issues.

​

• Confirm and follow up with the delivery plan and update the delivery schedule on the system.

​

• Prepare daily reports from onsite data and maintain them in the ERP system.

​

• Alert to the superior levels for any shortage issue of materials and capacity.

​

• Follow up with monthly production plan and production results.

​

• Other tasks from assistant manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Logistics

​

• Can use English or Chinese fluently is prefer

​

• At least 2-4 years of experiences

​

• Good at Microsoft Office - proficient in Excel

​

• Have experience working with SAP or similar systems

​

• Proven experience in production planning or a similar role

​

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

​

• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

​

• Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
