1. Key responsibilities:

• Project Financing: solid understanding on bank financing, project based and corporate based. Work independently with banks including negotiating and executing. Have connections with local bankers to look for project financing
• Investment analyst: good knowledge on the Vietnam real estate market including accounting, legal and financing. Understand the procedure of an investment deal ongoing
• Ability to develop financial models to undertake feasibility study for properties throughout Vietnam including residential for sales, commercial asset and Industrial park

2. What distinguishes you:

• At least 5 years of relevant project finance experience in real estate developers or investment funds
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail. Background in valuation, finance, accounting, or auditing
• Experience in securing credit facilities for real estate development as well as investment analysis, financial modelling.
