*JOB OVERVIEW
As an Assistant Manager, your main responsibility is to handle the operating task at the Staffing & Outsourcing team bringing the excellent services to our value clients and associates. You will work closely with Operation Manager, Convenience North.
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management
Provide service to global strategic clients with supervision of Operation Manager
Communicate with clients on behalf of ManpowerGroup
Sales & Marketing
Coordinate with Sales team to prepare and deliver operational presentations when required
HR Operations
Lead any excursion management and follow RFC (response flow chart) as defined
Be key contact of Manpower to both client and employees to sort out issue such as: taking part in operation training/instruction of client provided to contingent workforce
Provide welcome and orientation to new hire as required.
Manpower planning and ensure the quality of service
Other tasks as needed
*JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related fields. Graduated from well-known Universities should be preferable.
At least three years of professional experience, in recruitment or business. Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal). Solid on-site experience.
