Working to Change the World

A quote from Jonas Prising, Chairman and CEO of ManpowerGroup, sharing the company's ESG strategy and corporate social responsibilities.

Our ESG Strategy

CREATING GLOBAL IMPACT, ONE JOB AT A TIME

We are committed to scaling our efforts to bring meaningful and sustainable employment to people and communities around the world – one job at a time.

The three pillars of our strategy plan – Planet, People & Prosperity, and Principles of Governance – are designed to address the most urgent issues we face and focus on where we can make the most impact, from climate change to the skills shortage.

Our Working to change the World Plan serves as a unifying force because we believe the future is built on partnerships and on all we can achieve collectively to create positive social change.

THE GREENING WORLD OF WORK 2024

Partnerships Driving Impact at Scale

We recognize the importance of strong and lasting partnerships to address global issues in sustainable and scalable ways. From skilling millions of people around the world, to preparing the next generation of talent for growth jobs, our best work is done when we partner with others who share our vision and align with our purpose.

Empowering Young Talent and Communities

We believe a sustainable career starts by helping young people develop the skills they need to succeed in the fast-changing future of work. Our partnership with many universities and colleges spans years and stretches across the country, inspiring thousands of students every year to dream big, identify their passions and reach their full potential. By joining the career fairs, events, workshops, consultations, and conferences, we provide them with guidance, advice, assessments, coaching and pathways to long-term sustainable employment.

These activities – called Career Talks - in Vietnam are part of our commitment to the strategic MOU with the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs since 2008, as well as ManpowerGroup Global’s sustainability efforts. We are committed to being Creators of Talent at Scale and Meaningful Work for All.

Beyond Career Talks, our CSR initiatives aim to foster a happier, more prosperous, and sustainable life for all. We engage in environmental sustainability projects and promote green practices within our operations. By investing in our communities and the environment, we strive to make a lasting positive impact on society.
