LITEON Manufacturing Intelligence (LIMI) – Young Talent Training Program

LIMI is LITEON's smart manufacturing technology talent development program aimed at promoting the automation/digitization/intelligent development of the LITEON group. Officially launched in 2021, the program is coordinated and developed by the LITEON Intelligent MFG Institute.

With a one-year development roadmap, you will have the opportunity to participate in courses related to smart automation and related fields, and directly engage in real-world projects.

​

After the training period, eligible trainees will be comprehensively evaluated on individual expertise, performance during training, aptitude, etc., and will be assigned actual jobs at the LITEON factory (Hai Phong, Vietnam). Notably, after graduation, trainees will continue to be monitored for job performance, participate in competitions, special projects, and enjoy other attractive benefits and bonuses.

Training roadmap

Requirements

  • Graduated or about to graduate (ensuring graduation before August 2025) with a bachelor's/engineer's/master's degree in engineering, automation, or economics.

  • Candidates with less than 2 years of experience since graduation.

  • English: TOEIC score of 700 or higher or equivalent English certificates.
