In this strategic & newly-created role, you will work closely with Chief Financial Officer and play a key part in driving company financial success by providing strategic financial leadership and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of long-term financial strategies, including performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, capital structure and allocation, etc.
  • Oversee debt and equity financing, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial analysis; Identify key financial, business risks and develop risk management processes and support strategic decision-making.
  • Launch, oversee, and direct programs for improvement to enhance the finance department.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, provide insightful analysis and recommendations to Senior Management, Board of Directors.
  • Stay abreast of current financial trends and regulations, and advise on their impact on the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA a plus).
  • 8+ years of experience in a corporate finance role, preferably with large companies.
  • Pre-IPO experience is a big plus.
  • Proven track record of success in financial modeling, M&A analysis, and capital allocation.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent English, solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and ERP systems.
