Position: Customer Service Representative
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 to 18:00
Working location: District 1, HCM City.
1. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive customers by phone/email/online chat: actively and promptly handle customer business needs/conduct follow-up actions to customers
Work closely with cross-department teams to ensure the smooth progress of customers' daily business needs and promote the resolution of problems in a timely manner
Good service etiquette and skills to provide customers with quality services
2. REQUIREMENTS:
Having 1-3 years of experience in Customer service position, proactive and responsible, with strong communication skills and adaptability.
College degree or above, proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Vietnamese, English, (Chinese would be a plus)
Have knowledge in banking/ finance or payment industries.
3. SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Base salary + 13th month bonus
Annual leaves: 12 days
Full insurance package, annual health care check
1 round interview.
