Key accountabilities
1. Work management and administration:
Develop and implement a strategy and action plan to ensure the department performs properly and fully its assigned functions:
- Responsible for building the overall technology strategy (including but not limited to infrastructure strategies, development, human resources, etc.) in each phase, to meet the development orientation of the Bank, ensure the cohesion and synchronization in goals, finance and resources;
- Transforming from a roadmap, master plan to a detail action plan and implementation plan, thereby communicate, guide and advise others units to implement;
- Ensuring the implementation of technology strategies is done through monitoring, consulting, evaluating and measuring the results of functional units in the Division;
- Coordinate with the Financial Technology Management team, Resource Management and other related units inside and outside the Technology Division in the process of developing, implementing and modifying resource
plans for strategic projects and initiatives within the bank's investment, operation and technology development roadmap
- Responsible for the communication of the bank's technology strategy to relevant levels and units;
- Provide independent judgments, assessments and recommendations to IT BOM in making decisions,
2. Risk management and compliance:
- Identify risks and coordinate with related units to propose methods to measure and minimize risks in operations.
- Ensuring the Unit in the division fulfill their commitments to service quality, comply with the Bank's regulations and policies
3. Human resource management:
- Resource management (human resource coordination, training, building assignment mechanism, recording and
evaluating the work efficiency of employees ...), ensuring adequate and quality resources maintenance
- Training / Coaching / Supervising staff to comply with the bank's regulations and procedures
- Organize training, career development orientation for employees, fostering and building resource officers for the
department.
Experiences:
Reporting to Head of IT Strategy and Planning Minimum 8-10 years experience (include management experience)
