Job description:

  • Reduce costs
  • Review and confirm the annual target by department / item
  • Check the actual results against the improvement plan, gather the report results (monthly)
  • Manage KPI and optimization
• [Manufacturing Innovation]
  • Optimized production environment (Clean Factory)
  • Assist in the promotion of UTC Supplier Gold
  • Planning and promoting production innovation
  • Improve production infrastructure through My-My activities
  • Eliminate wasted items, item search and improvements.
  • Training of innovative leaders (6S / TPM / waste) and chairing training activities
  • Operate improvement proposals

Job Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Major in technical or related fields
• Understand of innovation (or Kaizen)
• Over 3 years of experience in the same position at Foreign manufacturing enterprises
• Proficiency in English  
• Enthusiastic, honest, ability to work in a team
