Place: Hanoi
Job Description:
- Advising on developing regulations, processes and forms related internal control activities to ensure the internal control system is operated effectively.
- Periodically reviewing the adequacy and effectiveness of governance and management of risks, giving an evidence-based opinion on all aspects of internal control for timely adjustments.
- Advising on promoting and implementing internal control activities across the organization.
- Navigating internal audit activities that are resourced appropriately, sufficiently and effectively.
- Report to Shareholders Meeting. Department: Board of Supervisors
- Working hours: Work in the office several days per month 
Requirement:
- Working experience in Accounting or Legal
- Skill in Accounting or Legal area. Chartered Accountant or Attorney in Law would be even preferable.
- Construction is preferred
- Language: English or Japanese (Japanese skill would be preferable)
