- Perform visual and dimensional inspection of all the incoming components from the wind farms or suppliers
- Be able to perform standard Quality Control checklists and measurements to drawing specifications in the repair shop.
- Must be willing to make / aid in creation of checklists
- Proficient in the use of Metrologic precision tooling for inspection (micrometers, 3D measurement/laser scanning devices)
- Perform Electrical Testing of remanufactured parts, as well as perform Final Test Run of the part
- Occasionally required to work in tight areas
- Possess thorough knowledge and ability to use all tools associated with assembling units according to required specifications: such as Lifting equipment, wall and overhead cranes, Hydraulic and electric Torque tooling/wrench, Other Tools including but not limited to impacts, drills, magnetic drills, drill press, angle grinders, sanders, basic hand tools (manual and pneumatic)
- Measurement Tools, calipers, oil flushing equipment
- Follow all EHS guidelines and policies
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
- Must possess excellent organizational, analytical, communication and management skills
- Self-motivated to work with minimal guidance and willingness to learn from others
- Degree in engineering of technical field
- 2-3 years technical work experience
- Good command of the English language
- Good knowledge of the applied software specified above
- Good technical understanding
- Able to work at height
- Have driving license
- Very willing to travel
