Main Responsibilities:
Plan to organize quarterly meetings of the Board.

- Prepare and coordinate with other departments to prepare required documents for the meetings of Board
- Organize meetings of Board.
- Keep record of Board’s meeting minutes and resolutions.
- Communicate with members of Board to get approval for fund deals which are under the authority of Board and distribute the approval to relevant parties.
- Keep personal records of all Board members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in major of Law.
- 5 years of relevant experience. having experience in the role Secretary to Board of Directors, or Legal Officer/Admin, ... is an advantage.
- Good organizational skill.
- Strong interpersonal & multi-tasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving skill.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Good command of English.
