PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main role entails expanding Jollibee Vietnam's store network by securing profitable locations, ensuring optimal site selection and acquisition, and establishing leadership within specific locations.
Supervising a team of Real Estate Officers across designated regions to achieve set targets.
Developing a basic understanding of the geographical landscape relevant to the business expansion objectives.
Collaborating with Real Estate Officers and Operational Regional/Area Managers to identify potential sites for future development through site mapping exercises. Assessing market conditions by creating market maps, tracking market developments, forecasting market trends, and modeling store projections while considering the impact on existing stores.
Formulating entry strategies and gaining consensus from Operations Managers. Conducting trade area evaluations based on prepared maps and site rankings derived from traffic count analyses.
Preparing forecasts and collaborating with stakeholders to generate investment summaries for new store openings.
Negotiating site agreements within set rental parameters to ensure project feasibility and monitoring site turnover to ensure timely construction or renovation readiness.
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to adhere to project timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in site selection and acquisition within the retail industry, with a focus on leasing.
Proficiency in English communication and writing.
Strong computer skills in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel. Demonstrated soft skills including communication, analysis, presentation, people management, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
