As a Supply Production Leader, your mission is to make your products available at the right time, the right place, and at the best cost.

I. MAIN DUTIES:
• Develop a business offer with the Development team to design an attractive package for supply (Price, LT, MOQ, elasticity, and flexibility during peak season)
• Process forecast and orders management
• Manage Referencing and pricing on the system
• Pilot Production planning
• Optimize value chain (Continuous improvement)
• Optimize production stock
• Lead toward Operational Excellence
• Collaborate with Customer & Supplier to drive Supply activities

II. REQUIREMENTS:
• Min 3 years experience in Supply for Industry, Footwear industry is a plus.
• Excellent in English (Chinese is a big plus).
• Proactive, customer-oriented.
• Any experience in the Costing / Digitalization of Footwear is a big advantage.
