Job Title: Vice President, Investment Banking

Position Summary:
The Vice President of Investment Banking plays a pivotal role in our firm, acting as the project manager for complex financial transactions. This individual is responsible for overseeing the execution of deals, managing client relationships, and leading a team of analysts and associates.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Lead deal execution: Oversee the successful execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions, ensuring all aspects of the deal are managed effectively.

•  Client management: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and maintaining strong professional relationships.

•  Team leadership: Manage and mentor a team of associates and analysts, delegating tasks and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

•  Financial analysis: Review and approve financial models and valuations prepared by the team, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

•  Business development: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the firm.

•  Market research: Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.

•  Risk management: Evaluate potential risks associated with transactions and advise clients accordingly.

Qualifications:
•  Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.

•  Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investment banking or related financial services.

•  Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and advanced knowledge of financial modeling and analysis.
