You will be meeting a wide range of companies, from SME’s to top executives in multinationals and advising them on credit management solutions.

  • Position: Business Development Executive

  • Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 to 17:30

1. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Bringing on new clients and business;

  • Developing a healthy sales pipeline;

  • Key activities include identification of new prospects, assessment of client needs and selection of suitable/potential clients, establishing appropriate policy structure and management of risk in line with business segmentation.

2. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a sales or business development role especially in (B2B) banking and financial services industry will be an advantage.

  • University bachelor's or master's degree (Finance/Accounting, Business or Economics preferred).

  • Overseas university graduate is a plus.

  • English fluency is must.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic but technical sales environment of insurance industry.

  • Fluency in computer literacy is a must, i.e. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc

4. SALARY AND BENEFITS:

  • Salary: 20.000.000VND - 30.000.000VND

  • 13th month salary

  • 100% salary and social insurance in probation

  • 15 days for annual leave

  • Sales Incentive and KPI Bonus
