Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or similar field.
• At least 7+ years proven experience in sales management role
• Used to work for non-life insurance broker will be a plus
• Excellent understanding of insurance products and markets
• Highly motivated and ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Understands business challenges
• Strong managerial and sales skills
• Ability to multitasks
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to write and present reports
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategy
• Develop new business and also cross-sell business as assigned & planned
• Work closely with brokers to manage pricing and coverage
• Build & develop team member discipline for timing management
• Promote products and services to new and current clients
• Research and develop new sales opportunities or new markets
• Provide reports, presentations, and recommendations on market trends, customer trends, and competitors actions
• Measure and report on the performance
