Being in charge of Non-life insurance business for B2B clients, including:
1. Servicing & taking care of Japanese clients;
2. Approaching new clients, cross-selling to existing clients and build up relationship with the person in charge;
3. Corresponding with clients for renewal & new insurance program;
4. Providing consultancy on insurance knowledge to satisfy clients’ concern;
5. Be responsible for all servicing activities to be regularly and effectively done (by timely consultancy, arranging 
call/email/visit);
6. Chasing & reminding clients for confirmation, declaration and payment;
7. Preparing presentation materials/ Insurance quotation in Japanese to clients;
8. Ensure “Japanese Quality” for all of Sales & Marketing operation to enhance Company’s reputation and 
competitiveness;
9. Joining Sales projects and supporting Japanese accounts;
10. Co-operating with other departments to maintain and develop the Company’s reputation, standards and 
procedures in term of business activities;
11. Other tasks as required by the job and/or assigned by the Superiors.
