Key responsibilities:
  • Marketing:
    • Compile list of prospect customers in relevant industries
    • Create necessary sales support documents according to target market.
  • Sales:
    • Approach prospect customers by Calling/Emailing/Meeting / Attending trade fair and introduce/ offer company services.
    • Create trusted relationships with prospective customers enabling the collect of transport inquiries and turn queries into business.
    • Respond to client queries on due time with the most effective solution / competitive offers in collaboration with operations.
    • Follow up ongoing business.
    • Meet Sales target and KPI defined every year by Sales Manager
    • Make relevant quotes to customers following management guidelines.
  • Process:
    • Follow ISO 9001:2015 
    • Follow procedure of the company's Audit 
    • Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
  • Reporting:
    • Attend weekly sales meeting with Sales Manage
    • Report activity on market to n+1
    • Report activity on activity with prospects and existing customer

What distinguishes you:
  • Qualifications:
    • Vietnamese Nationality
    • At least a bachelor’s degree in any field
    • 3 years + in Sales/Marketing experience 
    • Good English communication skills (both writing and speaking)
    • ITS skills: Microsoft office/ Email – Outlook, Internet
  • Other technical skills 
    • Exceed customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to work as a team to achieve team goals while ensuring accuracy and quality of work.
    • Ability to develop individual performance.
